Klaus Toepfer Fellowship Programme

Young conservation professionals in the natural resource sector are welcome to participate in the Klaus Toepfer Fellowship Programme for Future Leaders in Nature Conservation. The program will last 18 months and consist of 4 10-day training modules: Informing Conservation, Conservation Economics and Financing, Conservation Management in a Spatial Context, Conservation Governance and Policy. During the fellowship participants will be developing a transfer project.

Successful candidates will receive free accommodation and boarding, health insurance and visa application fees will also be covered.

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  1. English fluency

  2. Not older than 35 years

  3. At least 3 years of professional experience
