The Master of Science (MSc) programme in Educational Science and Technology is for anyone fascinated by education and training, yet not intending to become a teacher.

The programme focuses on the design and evaluation of teaching and learning programmes in schools and organizations. The scope is wide: from the instruction of young children in primary school to developing interactive materials for vocational education, and from assessing the quality of schooling and school performance to talent and leadership development, and in-company re-training. The programme has two profiles. Educational Design & Effectiveness is all about learning and instruction in formal and informal settings, and effectiveness in schools. Human Resource Development focuses on the design of learning programmes in organizations. The programme offers you a varied and stimulating environment in which to learn. You will study alongside motivated students of different nationalities who come from a mix of backgrounds. In addition to working individually, you will cooperate closely on group assignments and benefit from frequent interaction with staff. You will also enjoy flexibility in designing your study programme. EST graduates can look forward to excellent career prospects in positions such as educational quality coordinator, course developer or e-learning designer.
