The Master in Strategic Management (STR) is one of the specialisations within the two-year MSc programme in Economics and Business Administration at NHH. After finishing the programme you will be awarded the title MSc in Economics and Business Administration.

The Strategic Management programme aims to provide students with a combination of analytical and managerial skills, to prepare them for making decisions in business.

Developing sustainable and competitive businesses are highly important. This requires the ability to analyse market opportunities, identify strengths and weaknesses of a business, implement organisational changes, and manage employees.

Strategy and management is all about taking a long-term perspective, making reasonable analyses of different competitive situations and the resources of the organisation.

NHH teaches the topic from diverse theoretical perspectives, including strategy, management, and psychology. The students will be able to choose from a wide range of courses. Researchers at NHH have long-term relations with multinational companies, which makes this programme highly relevant and practice oriented.
