Our MSc Organizational Psychology is ideal if you want to work as a practitioner organizational psychologist or academic researcher, and already have a British Psychological Society-accredited degree in psychology or a related discipline.

You will benefit from the expertise of academic and practitioner psychologists who are established experts and leaders in the field of organizational psychology.

This Masters will provide you with the skills and knowledge to apply psychological principles and methods to the unique challenges facing 21st century organisations. You will gain understanding of the core psychological science base while broadening your career options by enhancing your commercial awareness.

You will gain an appreciation of business management through modules in commercial and professional skills, learning from expert practitioners working within organizational psychology.

The programme gives you opportunities to examine individual, group and organizational effectiveness by exploring issues such as selection and assessment, as well as configuring groups and teams. You will also consider the latest topics, including managing innovation, change management and designing complex socio-technical systems.

You will need a BPS accredited psychology degree.Applicants who hold an undergraduate degree in psychology from an overseas institution maybe eligible if the degree is BPS accredited. English Language Requirements IELTS band: 6.5 TOEFL iBT® test: 100 IMPORTANT NOTE: Since April 2014 the ETS tests (including TOEFL and TOEIC) are no longer accepted for Tier 4 visa applications to the United Kingdom. The university might still accept these tests to admit you to the university, but if you require a Tier 4 visa to enter the UK and begin your degree programme, these tests will not be sufficient to obtain your Visa. Accreditation

Covering the full range of topics required for professional recognition by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and Health Professions Council, the programme incorporates knowledge from related subject areas of business and management studies to provide a more complete picture of the context in which organizational psychologists operate. Graduation from this programme fulfils stage one of the requirements for Chartered Membership of BPS and full membership of the Division of Occupational Psychology.
