Black Sea Programme is a government-funded, competitive scholarship, awarded to outstanding applicants from countries outside Turkey to pursue a full-time degree.This program provides scholarships for Undergraduate degree.

The scholarship aims to build a network of future leaders committed to strengthening cooperation among countries and mutual understanding among societies. One of the most significant peculiarities of the scholarship is that it is a combination of direct university admission and award.

Quota:

Turkey Scholarship students do not pay any tuition or university fee for education and can stay in public university dormitories without paying any fee. Students who do not want to stay in these dormitories can use other housing possibilities on their own expenses. Also students will get a certain amount of money for their transportation expenses at their first arrival to Turkey and departure after graduation.

Duration comments: 1 year Turkish Language course + 4 years

Academic criteria of the applicants will be measured according to these documents:

*Candidates must have at least 70 % weighted grade point average over their maximum graduation grade.

There is also age condition for candidates required to meet: candidates who were born no earlier than 01.01.1994.
