Labour law is an independent branch of Civil Law that regulates Labour relations between employees and employers and other industrial and labour relations. It is a combination of legal norms and rules.

The norms of Labour Law regulate relations between people in the relationship of social organization of Labour. Labour law is implemented by the method of concluding an employment contract between the employer and the employee.
