Black Sea Summer University

The Georgian Institute of Politics and the Center International de Formation Européenne invite students from all over the world to participate in the Black Sea Summer University.It is organized for students of political science, international affairs and those studying in related programs.

The program includes lectures, seminars, visits to the information center of NATO and the European Union, as well as a cultural part. Students will attend a course of lectures from teachers of various universities on the political situation in the Black Sea region and Eastern Europe. The list of main topics includes:

1 .. The Black Sea region in a global context;

2. The European Union and the geopolitics of the Black Sea;

3. Problems of the Eastern Partnership and European integration;

4. Foreign policy of Georgia;

5. Foreign policy of the Black Sea region.

The duration of the program is one week, it will start on July 20, 2017 in Tbilisi.

Students who successfully complete the program will receive 4.5 Bologna credit points.

Who can participate?

Bachelor and master students studying political science, international relations or other relevant disciplines are eligible to participate in the program.
