Grant for translators from Italian, Italy

The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation are interested in spreading the Italian language and Italian culture throughout the world and therefore provide grants for Italian translators who translate films and television programs, dub them or create subtitles.

Types of funding:

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs offers translators two types of funding:

1. Contributions to translations of unpublished Italian works and to subtitling and dubbing for short films and television programs;

2. Prizes for the best translations of Italian works.

Deadline
