Internship at the European Parliament, Georgian Institute for Strategic Studies

The Georgian Institute for Strategic Studies offers internships in the office of Anna Fotyga, Member of the European Parliament from the Alliance of European Conservatives and Reformists and Chair of the Security and Defense Subcommittee (SEDE).

The internship will be held in Brussels, its duration is 1 month. The internship is paid in the amount of 1500 €. The start date of the practice will be agreed with the trainee in person.

The intern will assist in the office of the Chair of the Security and Defense Subcommittee. The intern's responsibilities include preparing reports and helping to schedule meetings.

Requirements for candidates

  1. Georgian citizenship;

  2. At least a bachelor's degree in the following fields: international relations, political science, European studies, or related fields;

  3. Excellent command of English (knowledge of French will be an advantage);

  4. Not older than 27 years;

  5. Understanding the problems of Georgia's foreign policy;

  6. Professional experience.

Applicants can be master students or university graduates.
