The Romanian Institute of Science and Technology International Grants 2017, Romania.
The Romanian Institute of Science and Technology provides several grants for international postdoctoral students or independent scientists interested in doing their very own researches. The greatest amount that the Institute is ready to provide for a researcher is 122000€.
It is more likely that the Institute will provide grants for those researchers who do not need any complex equipment for their work, so it can be bought with the funding money, so the grants for theoretical and computational researches are given priority.
Make notice the Institute has a neuroscience laboratory and computing resources. If you need to use it during your researches, please specify it in your apply.
- The main researcher should have a PhD, which he has got between 4 and 9 years ago;
- The main researcher and other researches should be younger than 41 years;
- The project team must consist of two people at least;
- The duration of the research should be from 1 to 2 years;
If the main researcher is non-Romanian, then the highest amount of award for the project is 122000€, but if he is Romanian, then it is up to 100000€ (for the 2-year research).
All direct expenses (such as salaries) will be compensated by the Institute.
The Institute expects you to start working on your project in July-September of 2017.
