About the course

In your first year you will develop your knowledge and understanding of the international hospitality industry through a mixture of practical and academic subjects. The second year focuses more on the management fields and the practical vocational element takes on a managerial focus within the restaurant. The year is also supported with a significant number of visiting speakers from across the UK and International Hospitality industry helping you prepare for industry. In the second semester there is a planned opportunity for some students to study abroad. After your placement year in industry, you will return to campus for your fourth year for an exciting and focused year that allows you to specialise in particular areas.
