Description

How can you use cutting-edge technology or new media to create user interaction? This English-taught programme challenges you to develop innovative applications using the latest technology.

In the Bachelor’s programme in Creative Technology, taught entirely in English, you’ll learn to adapt state-of-the-art technology or new media in an original and appealing way to create interaction with or between users. You will work on applications that make life healthier, easier and more fun. Think of a staircase that is so inviting that people would prefer taking it rather than an escalator. Theme-based projects challenge you to think about smart applications of technology and new media. You will learn to apply expertise from various fields such as sensor and media technology, human behaviour and communication. Business acumen is also important, because a design will only go into production if the business case is sound. You will be trained as a designer with technical expertise and a sensitivity to social developments. You will work on the cutting edge of high technology, while maintaining a clear human touch. You’ll be a real asset to employers in the creative industry, new media, product design or communications. It’s all about surpassing your imagination: using existing technology and developing fascinating high-tech applications to meet user needs!
