The MSc in Strategic Human Resources Management distinguishes itself for:

Program Structure

Participants must complete the requirements of 16 courses and 5 workshops. The program commences every January and its duration is 14 months. Classes meet two weekends per month from 10:00 a.m. - 17:00 p.m., however, the sitting exams take place usually on Friday evenings, between 18:00 p.m. - 21:00 p.m. Additionally, students should participate in some obligatory activities that occur during weekdays.

The curriculum covers the latest theoretical knowledge on Strategic HRM issues and the practical skills that are vital for a successful professional career in the field of HR. This will be achieved not only through formal instruction but also through a hands-on manner, with a strong emphasis on workshops and intensive collaboration in teams

Period 2 (May - June)

  • Strategic Performance Management I: Training, Employee Development and Appraisal (28 contact hours, 6 ECTS)
  • Research Methods & Statistics (14 contact hours, 3 ECTS)

The Program is tailored to the needs of those professionals with a serious commitment to HR who would like to advance their career in the dynamically changing environment of human resources management.It also appeals to executives who have worked in other positions for at least one year and wish to make a career shift towards Human Resource Management or want to strengthen their skills in people management. Exceptionally strong recent university graduates with no prior experience, who wish to pursue a career in the HR field, could also be considered.To apply to the MSc in Strategic HRM Program, applicants should meet all the following criteria:Hold a Bachelor's Degree,Already work in the HR field, orHave worked in other than HR positions for at least a year and wish to make a career shift towards human resource management.
