The business world is in a state of constant change and is becoming ever more competitive. Managers must be able to deal effectively with current challenges and acquire the necessary skills to remain relevant and productive in tomorrow's work environment. They must be capable of developing a vision, shaping strategies, identifying opportunities, and finding new and innovative solutions - and then they must be able to implement them.

Success is only possible if managers have a set of managerial skills built on a solid and broad foundation of theory, practice, and personal skills. This programme helps students to develop their organisational, methodical, and intercultural communication skills and provides theoretical and practical knowledge in the core business areas.
