Governance and Law

Governance and Law Program is divided into two courses. In the Governance course, students are requested to be specialists on the Governance supporting aid and public administration by studying the role of government in development, policy making, and the role of NGO and community organizations within the framework of 21st century development issues.

Students who take Law and Development Course are expected to gain the basic knowledge of law and political, economic and social development problems , as well as of law and international cooperation, and deepen their theoretical understanding of institutional and cultural aspects of law. These knowledge and ways of thinking will be utilized in various fields of international cooperation, and provide useful theoretical and practical base for ongoing "legal technical assistances"promoted by aid communities.
