This innovative course offers fine art graduates the opportunity to study the subject at MA level alongside a PgCert in higher education.

A PgCert is increasingly a requirement for new teachers in further and higher education. The University has a well-established and very successful PgCert in higher education in-house.

Through a combination of studio project and theoretical study you will have the opportunity to:

* develop and apply critical frameworks;
* debate a range of theoretical, cultural and social issues; and
* consider a variety of approaches to communicating and publishing your own research.

You will focus on individual and collaborative practices, new technology, exhibition production and design, and a theoretical and critical programme to challenge and contextualise individual research.

Please note that this is an indicative list of modules and is not intended as a definitive list.
