This course is designed for students to research and challenge the concepts of entrepreneurship, enterprise, innovation and leadership. Students will obtain a deeper understanding of their capacity to use an entrepreneurial mind-set to encourage their career growth, personal objectives and aspirations. While entrepreneurship is closely linked with the startup process, venture and risk creation, this course is all about entrepreneurialism - focusing on the spirit or aim to behave in an enterprising or entrepreneurial fashion. This will involve starting a new business or venture, but in addition contains an all-encompassing view of how an enterprising mind-set and skillset can be helpful in job or as an active societal citizen. This course encourages students to share their own knowledge and become a member of a global community which motivates them to challenge their own understanding of the concepts of entrepreneurship and enterprise.
