Develop the rare competencies you need to facilitate the buying and selling of ownership between companies of different sizes.

As the financial sector has evolved, so has our MA to reflect the way modern businesses carry out key operations – including mergers and acquisitions. This programme combines theoretical and practical elements to give you the skills you need to succeed in this specialised market.

It will cover the analysis of financial statements and data using both hypothetical and real-life case studies. You will also explore the professional and ethical rules governing accountants, as well as the challenges they face in a fast-developing global context.
