The Master of Property at the University of Newcastle has been designed to develop highly relevant skills and knowledge to assist you to obtain success in the property industry. To achieve this, the program is entirely prescribed, with eight core courses covering sustainable development, property economics and finance, property and facilities management, through to property law, planning legislation, investment and evaluation, advanced and statutory valuation, and property market analysis.
