Financial Aid.

Many students choose to take out a loan to pay for all or part of the costs associated with attending an MBA program.

Loan programs available to MBA students include:

  • Federally sponsored (Stafford) loans – for U.S. citizens only
  • Alternative private loans – for U.S. and international students
  • MBA LOANS program (sponsored by Sallie Mae and the Graduate Management Admissions Council)

All offer low interest loans repayable upon completion of your degree.

Eligibility for need-based grants, loans and scholarships is determined by completing a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form available on line at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/. The University of Arizona Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid (OSFA) can assist domestic students with student loans and grants after a FAFSA form has been completed.

Applicants must be admitted to the MBA program before The University of Arizona Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid (OSFA) will make financial aid awards. Graduate students must be enrolled at least halftime in order to receive federal loans.

The Eller MBA program does not manage the Financial Aid (loan) process but rather works with the OSFA. We have a dedicated Program Coordinator in the OSFA who handles all MBA applications. For more information contact the OSFA.
