    Nurse Educator Concentration

    Nurse Educators play a vital role preparing other nurses to handle the intricacies of quality care while also educating patients about medications, managing illness and staying healthy.

    Coursework in this concentration covers teaching and learning theory, curriculum evaluation and instructional design that you can adapt to the needs of your specific audience. The program:

    USA requirements for international students

    Each university in the Unites States of America sets its own admission standards so there isn't the same criteria for all the students and the university can decide which applicants meet those standards. The fee for each application is between $35 to $100.

    Students must have an undergraduate degree from a program accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting agency for nursing with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75. Must be licensed as a registered nurse (RN) in the United States.International students must complete evaluation by Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) or Educational Perspectives to assess prior learning in other countries as it compares to U.S. education.All international students must demonstrate they have met the English proficiency requirements for the degree program to which they are applying. Students applying to graduate programs must meet one of the following requirements:TOEFL Paper Based Test: 550TOEFL Internet Based Test: 78IELTS Exam: 6.0 English Language Requirements IELTS band: 6 TOEFL paper-based test score : 550 TOEFL iBT® test: 78 Technological Requirements You will need a computer with high speed Internet access to successfully complete the requirements for the degree.
