The Master study course International Management & Foreign Trade (Master of Arts) offers competent and application-related tuition in all subject areas of international management in the world trade language English.

The students will be instructed in decision-making authority, management skills and international business skills. In view of a future-oriented international labour market the students will be educated scientifically, practically and in an interdisciplinary manner.

Our Master program is structured into five different parts:

* In the core lectures, your knowledge about International Management and Foreign Trade is beeing updated in three lectures about Selected Problems, International Economics and on Modul with case studies.
* Five out of seven is your choice concerning specialization: Foreign Trade Consulting - Int. Entrepreneurship - Intellectual Property Mngmt - Customer Relationship Mngmt - Int. Logistics - E-Commerce - HR & Organization Mngmt - Int. Controlling and Int. Finance are our perspectives into international management.
* The modul Intercultural Management teaches you the Do?s and Don'ts in some parts of the world: You will have to choose (2 out of 4) the regions Eastern Europe, Asia, Arab World or South America.
* In our Modul "Soft Skills" you will learn something about leadership, project management or business ethics.
* The study ends with the Master thesis.

Course of Studies
The consecutive International Business Administration and Foreign Trade Master degree program is constitutive to the general and diversified Bachelor program. This provides a specialization allowing the Master students to select core and complementary courses.

The master program follows an activity-oriented profile with the goal to teach currently available knowledge on one hand and above all to provide the students with the skills to apply their knowledge to known and new problems so they can attain new knowledge and competency independently, even after the completion of the course of study.

In the consecutive master program lectures are held exclusively in English and are conceptionally divided into five components.

* Core Module
* Communication Module
* Specialization Module
* Transfer Modules
* Master-Thesis

The requirements for the admission to the consecutive International Business Administration and Foreign Trade Masters degree program are: * Verification of a degree in the Bachelors program Internationale Betriebswirtschaft und Außenwirtschaft at the University of Applied Sciences Worms * with at least a satisfactory average grade of (3,0)or * the customary equivalent for a first degree in business with at least a satisfactory average grade of (3,0 or the countrys equivalent).This applies to an accredited Bachelor, Diplom or Diplom (FH) at a German or comparable foreign University in another economic course of studies of at least 210 European Credit Transfer System Points (ECTS). * Bachelor's program graduates with less than 210 credit points have to render performance which is taken into account for the bachelor's degree with 30 credit points as an additional admission requirement. * Completion of an internship * With a duration of at least 20 weeks at a national or foreign company after receiving the Bachelors degree. * The internship is to be confirmed through an internship certificate issued by the company and an internship report. The internship has to be completed before applying for the Master Thesis. The curriculum covers further issues regarding the internship.or * Verification of at least one years worth pertinent professional experience * after receiving the Bachelors degree and before attending the Masters program. * The confirmation is effected through a certificate issued by the employer. * Additionally English language skills equivalent to the C1 Level of the General European Reference Frame for Languages are required. Evidence can generally be provided by: * Verification of a first degree with English as teaching language. * Verification of a pre-university secondary education in English, from a country with English as its official languagePlease submit an additional statement by your school/university that the language of instruction was English * Test of English as a Foreign Language: * Internet Based Test (TOEFL iBT) with at least 83 points * TOEFL Computer-Based (CBT) with at least 220 points * TOEFL Paper-Based (PBT) with at least 560 points * International English Testing System Academic Test (IELTS) with at least band 6.0.The test results (3 c/d) should not exceed 2 years of age on the appointed deadline of application term. * Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English.
