    Internationally oriented Business Administration Studies with intensive language instruction, EU Studies and two or three semesters abroad, depending on the partner university in question

    Educational organisation

    After a two- or four-semester course at FH Münster - University of Applied Sciences (depending on the partner university to which students will subsequently move), students continue their studies abroad.

    Semester of the internship depends on the partner university

    Semesters Six and Seven - Extension Level:
    • Four extension modules (à 12 ECTS) to be chosen from the following specialisations: marketing, finance, international management, operations research and logistics, organisation and business information systems, personnel and education management, accounting/controlling, tax theory and auditing principles, and commercial law.
    • One module in German business language
    • The Bachelor's thesis is written in semester six (six ECTS).

    Students from Münster spend two or three semesters abroad.
    Students from partner universities spend two or three semesters in Münster.
    Upon successful completion of the course, students receive both a Bachelor of Arts degree from Münster University of Applied Sciences and a corresponding degree from the partner university.

    Study abroad unit(s)

    Students from FH Münster spend two or three semesters abroad, depending on the agreement with the partner university in question.
    Students from partner universities spend semesters three to five or semesters five and six in Münster.

    Internships

    An internship of one semester is to be completed in the fourth or fifth semester. Internship arrangements for students from partner universities will vary.

    Written exams at the end of the semester, sometimes oral or written mid-term examinations such as presentations

    Course objectives

    • Imparting a practical education in business administration on an academic foundation, with particular consideration of European economic integration
    • Special attention will be paid to the European Union as a determinant for economic activities in Europe.
    • Mastering at least one foreign language to perfection; learning an additional foreign language
    • Acquiring profound knowledge of the relevant economic, legal, and social systems specific to the country of the partner university and the various work processes in companies
    • Acquiring the skills necessary to work creatively in international teams
    • Acquiring international mobility

    For students starting in Münster: Proof of language skills depend on the chosen partner university. Foreign students who would like to start in Münster must provide proof of their German skills (for example, TestDaF 4).
    For students starting at a partner university: The partner university provides proof of language skills of the students they are sending abroad.

    For students starting at a partner university: Applicants must have successfully completed the semesters at the home university as agreed.

    Enrolment fees

    Every semester, students are obliged to pay a social contribution towards tasks performed by the Studentenwerk Münster and a contribution to the student body. The amount to be paid is approx. 250 EUR.
