This integrated trinational postgraduate programme (joint degree) combines modules in business and economics, social sciences, foreign languages, and intercultural communication.
The courses take place at three universities located in three different regions and countries of Europe.

Course objectives

In both theory and practice, the students will be prepared to meet the demands of project management, including project initiation, project development, and project control. Particular focus is placed on EU projects and principles of sustainable economic development. Students will understand the intercultural background at the project management level, at an interpersonal communication level, and within the social and corporate structures at a regional level. The students will be able to perform competently in intercultural and multilingual situations.
Upon completion of the programme, students will have acquired a very good command of English (C1) and French (B2/C1), a good command of German (B2/B1), and the fundamentals of Czech.

With this degree, career opportunities will be open to the graduates within the European labour market, in the private business sector, and with NGOs as well as in regional management offices and organisations. The graduates will have a comparative advantage in terms of their multicultural knowledge of international communication and collaboration.

Your first contact at the university is the international office (Akademisches Auslandsamt (AAA)). The office assists and mentors the international students at the WHZ. The AAA helps foreign students with public authorities, administration, and official paperwork.

Accommodation

Accommodation is available through the Chemnitz-Zwickau Student Union or on the private market. Rent for a single room in a student residence is approx. 210 EUR. As soon as you are admitted to the university, you will be able to register for a dormitory spot.
