BA INTERNATIONAL CULINARY ARTS is a 3-step programme, where Bachelor of Arts with Honours in International Culinary Arts is a final stage of education. This advanced 22 weeks programme is suitable for those who have already completed Higher Diploma or a UK Associate Degree in International Culinary Arts or equivalent. Tuition has both practical and academic elements preparing graduates to cope with the demands and challenges of the professional kitchen.
With a strong focus on modern day gastronomy, students will be challenged to develop new culinary products suitable for today's marketplace. Students will graduate from this programme equally well equipped to manage their own culinary business or run and work in the kitchen of a high-end restaurant or hotel.

As a private institution, IMI does not provide any full scholarships and students are expected to be in a position to finance their own studies in Switzerland, especially as this will be a requirement by the Swiss immigration authorities for the study visa application.
However, we have a number of initiatives listed below that are linked to IMI's admissions strategy, which aim to assist motivated people to study at our institution.
In order to enhance students’ knowledge and skills, we are pleased to offer some students the opportunity to gain some further experience during their academic semester. Selected students will dedicate a few hours per week for practical experience in one of departments at IMI.
