UCAM’s Full-Time MBA was particularly designed for people with a desire to advance their careers in the area of business and decision-making.

Core target of this Master’s Program are international and Spanish university graduates from a variety of academic backgrounds such as law, communication, engineering,

arts, health, nutrition, retail or physical activity, striving to gain advanced knowledge in the field of business administration, assessment and consulting as well as general management, strategy formulation and capacity planning.

For graduates with previous experience in this area, the MBA will be an opportunity to refresh their knowledge and add new perspectives to their focus based on the objectives and values which the program reflects.

After having successfully completed this MBA program, students are qualified to:

  • Set up their own business as an entrepreneur.

  • Take over their family’s business.

  • Work in national, regional or local public administration as well as international organizations.

  • Start/resume their careers in the private sector e.g. in the area of production, human resources, administration, finance and accounting or marketing.

Financial Management and Business Organization

As a specific module, Financial Management and Business Organization will assist the student in understanding and identifying problems and solutions in the financial context of a business, herein applying concepts, techniques and methods adapted by top companies all around the world. The student will be able to make informed decisions about investments, financial resources’ management, funding and about the main agents of the financial system.

Until SEPTEMBER

Business Internship

Participation in the daily activities and managerial tasks of a company by means of a 150 hours internship that will give the student hands-on work experience. Supervised by a tutor, MBA students can assist the assigned company in tackling challenges and identifying new solutions for growth. UCAM can place MBA students in top national and multinational companies such as Siemens, Repsol, El Pozo, Hero, Estrella de Levante, Grupo Garcia Carrión, Vidal or Antena 3.

Master's Final Project

The aim of the students’ final master project is the evaluation of all learning outcomes associated with the MBA through the creation of a solid work paper (master thesis). Students will be assigned an individual faculty member as supervisor of their work, guiding and counseling them by providing a strategic and methodological framework as well as general theoretical support.
