If you are a recent graduate, most likely from overseas, and are looking for a masters-level programme which combines general management with a strong international dimension, then this programme could be just what you are looking for.

The programme gives you both a theoretical and a practical grounding in general management but also has a strong emphasis on international business and globalisation. As it is anticipated that a significant number of students will be from the EU or overseas, this broad mix of backgrounds, experience and cultures will enrich the learning process.

What you study
The programme develops your understanding of strategic and change management alongside cross-cultural and internationalisation aspects of business. It reflects the main functional areas of international business and integrates theoretical knowledge with practical enterprise skills in a global context.

How you learn
You learn through a variety of methods both in the classroom and also in workshops. The lectures/workshops are designed to enable you to apply the theoretical approaches you have learned into live and practical situations relevant to industry's needs today.
In addition to the taught elements of the course, undertaking independent research is a key element in each of the modules studied.
Outside the classroom you are supported by tutors in your particular subject areas.

How you are assessed
Assessment methods vary according to the module studied and include essays, report writing, presentations, formal examinations and course work.
