Students graduating from the program will have developed and synthesized a portfolio of skills, including: * A rigorous analytical and quantitative foundation based on traditional behavioral science principles and applied in a problem-solving framework.

* Bachelors degree with 3.0 GPA in the final two years, or approximately the last 60 credit hours. * Two years of human resource managerial or supervisory experience * Computer proficiency * Undergraduate coursework or on-the-job training and CEU equivalents in: Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources, Management, Statistics (must have one college course in statistics) English Language Requirements IELTS band: 6.5 TOEFL paper-based test score : 550 TOEFL iBT® test: 79 Work Experience At least 2 year(s) of work experience is required.
