The master'sdegree mainly focuses on the difficulties faced by those responsible for managing institutions when planning long-term training programmes, as they cannot be absent from the institutions they run from a long time.

Accreditation

The Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona was founded in 1968. The founders aimed to establish four principles of autonomy: freedom to select teaching staff, admission available to all students (but with a limited number), freedom to create its own study plans and freedom to administrate the University's capital. It is therefore a young university, but in its short history it has moved forward at a rapid pace.

The UAB is among the 100 top universities in five disciplines: Agricultural Sciences and Forestry, Communication Studies, Economics, Geography, and Physics. And in the top 150 are the subjects of English Language and Literature, Modern Languages, Philosophy, Chemistry, Mathematics, Law, Statistics, Psychology, Environmental Sciences and Political Science.
