You will also develop a professional approach to IT project management, understanding of IT ethics, as well as social issues such as sustainability. You will develop practical design skills in the development of attractive and usable web sites and a sound understanding of research methods to underpin your dissertation. This provides you with a broad and well-balanced perspective, preparing you for an exciting career in the industry, or the foundation to go on to do further research.

You are encouraged to build on your previous background, perhaps using it as the base for particular projects or your dissertation.
