Entry requirements:

  • nationals of the Member States of the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, and members of their families
  • holders of a valid Polish Charter (Karta Polaka)
  • holders of a document (other than a visa) permitting them to stay in Poland
  • other foreigners

If you have a secondary school certificate that was not issued in Poland, you can:

  • enter the admission procedure applicable to Polish nationals; upon successful admission you will have the right to study according to the same rules that apply to Polish students (subject to the same fees) but you will not be entitled to a maintenance grant, special grant for disabled persons and assistance grants. You will, however, have the right to apply for the Rector's grant for outstanding students

OR

  • apply for admission on the basis of the Rector's decision (without undergoing the admission procedure) and study subject to the fees that apply to foreigners, with no right to apply for any University grants. Check the entry requirements applicable to foreigners

If you have a secondary school certificate that was issued in Poland, you must enter the admission procedure applicable to Polish nationals.
