Requirements for Chemical Engineering Programme at University of L'Aquila

The Chemical Engineering programme at University of L'Aquila is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become successful chemical engineers. In order to be accepted into the programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum grade point average of 3.0 or higher
  • Successful completion of a minimum of 30 credits of college-level coursework in mathematics, chemistry, and physics
  • A minimum score of 600 on the Graduate Record Examination (GRE)
  • A minimum score of 80 on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) for international students
  • A minimum score of 6.5 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) for international students
  • A minimum score of 5 on the International Baccalaureate (IB) for international students
  • A minimum score of 5 on the Cambridge English Advanced (CAE) for international students
  • A minimum score of 5 on the Cambridge English Proficiency (CPE) for international students

Applicants must also submit a personal statement, two letters of recommendation, and a resume. All documents must be submitted in English.
