The Master of Science (Global Subsea Engineering) course offers a special opportunity for post graduate students having a top academic achievement to both engage and learn within an internationally collaborative environment centred around two big oil and gas hubs: Aberdeen, Scotland and Perth, Western Australia. Students undertaking this joint masters course have the opportunity to complete four units at both institutions (i.e. Curtin afterward Aberdeen) accompanied by the conclusion of a collectively supervised job thesis. Thesis issues will be collectively produced by both associations, leveraging the robust industry links at both oil and gas hubs. The eight taught units and thesis are conducted within three study periods (nominally 14 months altogether ). At the conclusion of the course students will be awarded a level recognising their study at both institutions.
