Professional Accounting

This system is suited to students that have an undergraduate degree without an undergraduate accounting major. They'll combine base studies in economics, management, business law, information systems and statistics with an increase of complex level studies in finance, management accounting, financial accounting, auditing and taxation. Students will also be required to understand some organizational abilities.

Students need to complete certain subjects in order to graduate with the accredited eligibility, please consult with this Handbook for further details. Professional enrollment may require a software to the professional human body and may have additional or continuing requirements beyond the completion of this degree. Graduates of the Master of Professional Accounting may apply for membership together with the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) and London's Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). • A Australian Bachelor's degree in any area or an approved equivalent qualification
• Admission may be awarded to applicants without an undergraduate degree but with five or even more years of work experience
• NB: Fulfilling minimal prerequisites will not guarantee an offer of a place
• Entry into each of La Trobe lessons is based on competitive selection and there can be limited places available.
