This program is designed for psychology scholars or people from the comparable field (or have sufficient professional or life experience in areas related to this area to qualify them for entry at a graduate certification level in an Australian university), and have experience in providing mediation or counselling as part of the responsibilities in voluntary or paid employment in the fields of health, community services, education or pastoral work. The application would benefit individuals engaged in psychology, social work, medicine, psychiatry, psychiatric nursing, overall nursing or health care. The objective is to supply people that attend Christian values in their life or who would like to provide help clients or patients who would like a Christian faith dimension into the assistance they receive, with a Christian philosophical and philosophical comprehension of the psychological sciences, along with the skills required to work within a fully informed Christian outlook and also as well as the skill to respond to matters of morality and character out of the faith perspective.

The program is not accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) and completing the it will not result in registration with the Psychology Board of Australia. This program doesn't rely on any continuing skilled development requirements such as counsellors, psychologists or health care professionals in regard to some student's pro membership.
