We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. You may terminate the Terms at any time by closing your account, discontinuing your use of the Site, and providing StudyQA with a notice of termination by contacting us at email@example.com
You alone are responsible for Your Content, and once published, it cannot always be withdrawn. You assume all risks associated with Your Content, including anyone's reliance on its quality, accuracy, or reliability, or any disclosure by you of information in Your Content that makes you personally identifiable. You represent that you own, or have the necessary permissions to use and authorize the use of Your Content as described herein. You may not imply that Your Content is in any way sponsored or endorsed by StudyQA. You may expose yourself to liability if, for example, Your Content contains material that is false, intentionally misleading, or defamatory; violates any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; contains material that is unlawful, including illegal hate speech or pornography; exploits or otherwise harms minors; or violates or advocates the violation of any law or regulation. StudyQA perserves the distribution rights to any content published on StudyQA, which includes but not limited to photo, videos, reviews, comments, profile information.
Our Right to Use Your Content: We may use Your Content in a number of different ways, including publicly displaying it, reformatting it, and other works, creating derivative works from it, promoting it, distributing it, and allowing others to do the same in connection with their own websites and media platforms. As such, you hereby irrevocably grant us world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, assignable, sublicensable, transferable rightsto use Your Content for any purpose. Please note that you also irrevocably grant the users of the Site and any Other Media the right to access Your Content in connection with their use of the Site and any Other Media. Finally, you irrevocably waive, and cause to be waived, against StudyQA and its users any claims and assertions of moral rights or attribution with respect to Your Content. By "use" we mean use, copy, publicly perform and display, reproduce, distribute, modify, translate, remove, analyze, commercialize, and prepare derivative works of Your Content.
Ownership: As between you and StudyQA, you own Your Content. We own the StudyQA Content, including but not limited to visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, design, compilation, including, but not limited to, our compilation of User Content and other Site Content, computer code, products, software, aggregate user review ratings, and all other elements and components of the Site excluding Your Content, User Content and Third Party Content. We also own the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual and proprietary rights associated with the StudyQA Content and the Site, which are protected by copyright, trade dress, patent, trademark laws and all other applicable intellectual and proprietary rights and laws. As such, you may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display or in any way exploit any of the StudyQA Content in whole or in part except as expressly authorized by us. Except as expressly and unambiguously provided herein, we do not grant you any express or implied rights, and all rights in and to the Site and the StudyQA Content are retained by us.
StudyQA is not responsible for the accuracy of the scholarship content listed on the site. StudyQA is only responsible for handling application content and submitting them to web portals according to scholarship description, users who choose to apply through StudyQA are subjected to risk of unsuccessful application. StudyQA does not have any affiliation with the scholarship sponsors, it is an information aggreggator and software tool to help users apply for scholarships in a more convenient way.
All paid subscription plans must enter a valid payment account. Free accounts are not required to provide payment account information.
An upgrade from the free plan to any paying plan will immediately bill you.
For monthly payment plans, you will be billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. Recurring Payments will incur on the last day of the previous billing cycle. For annual plans, reoccurring payments will incur on the last day of the previous billing cycle.
All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only United States (federal or state) taxes.
For any upgrade or downgrade in plan level while on a monthly billing cycle, you will start a new billing cycle immediately, there is no refund for the previous billing cycle paid.

Downgrading your Service may cause the loss of Content, features, or capacity of your Account. SchooLinks does not accept any liability for such loss.
We offer newsletters with which we want to inform interested persons about news and developments in the area of higher education, our services, and related events. Your e-mail address will only be added to our list of newsletter subscribers with your express permission (such as registering with StudyQA and receiving an account with us). We also offer update mailings which contain information we believe will be of interest to you, based on your profile information and indicated interests. The frequency of these update mailings will be set to a default frequency upon the creation of your user account. Every newsletter and update mailing contains a link with which you can adjust the frequency or remove yourself from our mailing list.
Generally, all fees and charges are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. There is no refund for any unused leads. So, please make sure you use all your leads during the billing cycle, those will expire at the end of the billing cycle. Should you cancel the plan before the billing cycle ends, and your account will be cancelled at the end of the billing cycle. For annual plan subscriber, you will have until the end of the year for the account to be effectively cancelled, even if you cancel your plan before the billing year ends. No refunds will be granted, however your plan will not renew after your current annual plan expires. If you decide to cancel your subscription or downgrade it, you can do so by emailing us to: firstname.lastname@example.org. The subscription will be cancelled/downgraded within 24 hours after receiving your email. No 'in advance' cancellations/downgrading requests will be accepted. Amounts you pay pursuant to the Advertising service are non-refundable. If you believe you have made a purchase by accident, please contact support within 24 hours of order placement at email@example.com.
We work with colleges, universities, high schools and for profit and not for profit post-secondary educational institutions to provide targeted recruiting and outreach. Only those school representatives who have registered and been authenticated by StudyQA in accordance with our policies are allowed to participate. Authorized personnel from the educational institutions may also provide information on the schools, update admissions data and provide calendars or other information. The accuracy of this information is not guaranteed. Educational institutions use our student data in their recruitment efforts, but the StudyQA Services is not an application tool. All of our users must still perform the institution appropriate application process as the StudyQA Services does not replace the application process.
Removal of Advertisements StudyQA reserves the unilateral right to remove any or all active ads if there is an amount owed under this Supplement that is past due by more than fifteen (3) days. No Guarantees StudyQA does not guarantee the results or distribution of any advertisement in any manner. StudyQA does not guarantee you any number of impressions (i.e., times your advertisement is viewed by a member) or clicks (i.e., times your advertisement is clicked on by a member) through StudyQA Ads.
User Content (including any that may have been created by users employed or contracted by StudyQA) does not necessarily reflect the opinion of StudyQA. We reserve the right to remove, screen, edit, or reinstate User Content from time to time at our sole discretion for any reason or no reason, and without notice to you. We have no obligation to retain or provide you with copies of Your Content, nor do we guarantee any confidentiality with respect to Your Content.
By deactivating your account, you will not be able to use the platform and receive communication. However, your information will still be stored by StudyQA. StudyQA bears no responsibility of the loss of your content nor communication.

We also may collect personally identifiable information that you provide to us, such as your name, address, phone number or email address. If authorized by you, we may also access profile and other information from services like Facebook.
Our systems are not designed to associate personal information with your activities (such as pages you view or things you click on or search for).
