The course of study is marked by three phases. The first year is dedicated to general orientation. During this period, there are two defined educational goals: Firstly, students are to acquire the necessary methodological basics for their studies. Secondly, they are to gain a preliminary overview of the two majors of political economics and business administration. This is done to ensure that students are given ample opportunity to decide whether the chosen subject meets their expectations. On the other hand, they can only continue their studies if they achieve the required objectives of the orientation year in a maximum of three semesters.

The actual Bachelor examination is course-related, starting in the second year, which itself is dedicated to deepened studies of the central subjects of political economics and business administration. It is marked by an internationally-established mandatory curriculum. The so-called basics are taught in the form of lectures, tutorials and practice courses.

The Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration Program is aimed at highly motivated students with a broad variety of interests and keenness on economic matters and connections.
