Business Administration (Executive)

The Executive MBA is designed like being a standard management qualification for ambitious people who have significant work experience who want to further develop their organization and strategic leadership skills. The overarching aim of the course is to develop graduates who can operate a small company function, organisation or unit by establishing students' skills in specialized, professional and interpersonal skills. The Executive MBA curriculum is closely experientially oriented also students with decision making experiences which emulate the real world of industry. Certain needs of professional bodies; recent research and scholarship data on pupils that are successful; advice from employers and advisory committees; and industry groups have knowledgeable about the attributes and learning aims. The program is organised in a way that students can decide to advance through the level within a group. The cohort model is designed to foster an awareness of marriage, facilitate networking and promote joint relationships with a focus on leadership and group dynamics. Career options include senior general management functions in business or business unit manager, business planning, business strategist, and basic direction adviser.

• UTS recognised bachelor's degree, or an equivalent or higher qualification, or filed other evidence of general and professional qualifications that demonstrates potential to pursue graduate studies. Applicants also require 5 years' applicable work experience at managerial or above level, or even a UTS Graduate Certificate in Executive Business Administration, or a UTS Graduate Certificate in Executive Business Administration (Global), using a credit average. All applicants have to go to an interview with the manager of the EMBA and take up an appraisal on organizational abilities. Applicants may be required to complete applicable training courses as advised by the manager. The English proficiency requirement for local applicants with international qualifications is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0
