The Juris Doctor Master of Business Administration is currently a grad law and business level that builds on the established obligations of UTS: Law and the UTS Business School to present high-calibre, graduate-level education in the theory and practice of their law and business. It's made specifically for students of disciplines apart from law. This class provides students with an integrated exposure to professional practice from both legal and business contexts. Career options include, but are not limited to, lawyer inside a private business, government department or public law center, regulatory matters and policy adviser at the public or private industry or legal specialisation associated with students' previous level or enhanced career options in a current skilled sphere.
This Class Fulfills the requirements for Entrance as a Attorney to the Supreme Court of NSW, provided students undertake a PLT Plan, like the Graduate Certificate in Professional Legal Practice.
- Applicants must have completed an UTS recognised bachelor's degree, or an equivalent or higher qualification, or filed additional evidence of general and professional qualifications that demonstrates potential to pursue graduate studies. Previous qualifications must take a discipline besides law or a law certificate from an overseas jurisdiction. Admission is at the discretion of the associate dean (education), College of Law. The English competency requirement for international students or local applicants with international qualifications is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0
