The Bachelor of Global Research (Sustainability) is based on the increasing significance of sustainability to industry, community and government, including economic, social and ecological perspectives. It takes a multi-disciplinary approach to addressing the intricate challenges of global sustainability, also provides students with an understanding of the concepts as well as the various tools around preparation, problemsolving, diplomacy and decision making relevant to professional practice. This program challenges students to review local sustainability issues in a global context. Topics covered include global issues of human development, such as social injustice, environmental degradation, conflict and resource scarcity, as well as local issues involving ecological planning and impact assessment.
Bond University requires the successful completion of Year 12 or equivalent for entry to Bachelor level apps. Bond doesn't rely solely upon the Overall Position (OP) or perhaps even the Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR). Rather, a range of criteria may also be known as such as extracurricular activities and individual traits, including outstanding leadership qualities and community involvement.
