The program is intended to present students with an in-depth knowledge of the scientific fundamentals and practice of malting and brewing. The Graduate Diploma consists of detailed data in areas relevant to this huge scale brewing industry including types of packaging, quality assurance and quality control, and also the engineering fundamentals of brewing.
