Food Science and Technology

This qualification reflects the use of workers who employ specialist knowledge and skills in food technology and science to food product development and also to quality guarantee of food manufacturing. They conduct a wide variety of specialist tasks to develop, monitor and evaluate foods, including production trials.Workers bring about the alteration of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and firm processes whenever necessary. They might also have a function in the planning fresh monitoring and work resources inside their own work area.Legislative and regulatory requirements apply to food safety and are imposed through state/territory jurisdictions. Users must check with the relevant regulatory authority before printing.
