This joint application opens up a wide assortment of creative and business livelihood. Students graduate not only with advanced creative and technical skills but also with highly complex business knowledge. In the company component students complete a set of core components to acquire a broadbased introduction to business fundamentals and match these studies with a small business major. The film, new and screen media component develops skills in producing, writing, editing, sound, cinematography or directing across a range of genres including documentary, drama, television, experimental film, and digital and mobile platforms. Students gain business and leadership abilities, and knowledge of how the entertainment industry works. They gain experience by working with different students to generate creative works for outside clients and may possess their works showcased to a at public screenings in their final year.
