WHY MANAGEMENT STUDY PROGRAMME AT VILNIUS UNIVERSITY?
The programme is aimed at one of the most popular areas of activity – management, as each organization should have competent managers with knowledge and practical skills in the major business functions. The first two years of studies are devoted to the wide university education and the fundamentals in economics and management and business administration, the third and fourth years – to deeper study of the chosen specializations: Marketing and Global Business or Business Administration.
Marketing and Global Business specialization is dedicated to the specialists who want to be able to analyze and manage marketing resources in a global business environment. Students have the opportunity to study marketing management, retail marketing and management, international advertising business, and more. Students of this specialization will acquire specific knowledge on a variety of contemporary communication tools, as well as assessment of consumer needs by analysing examples of international business companies.
Business Administration specialization is dedicated to the specialists who want to develop and manage a business of small to medium-sized and international business enterprises. Students are studying courses in Innovation Management, Quality Management, Knowledge Management, Project Management, Company Performance Evaluation and more. Students are learning to analyse business cases, understand business development and its processes, to develop business strategies, to prepare supporting projects and business plans.

State Funded Places for Bachelor Students
Citizens of countries of the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), persons (non-EU/EEA) granted a right of permanent residence in the Republic of Lithuania, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren of the Diaspora and people of Lithuanian origin can apply for the State Funded Place in the programme.

Scholarships for Integrated Studies
A monthly scholarship is offered for the nationals of Ukraine, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Georgia, Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Moldova, Japan, the People's Republic of China, the Republic of Korea, the State of Israel and foreign citizens of Lithuanian origin (10 grants altogether).

State Scholarship for the Lithuanian Language and Culture Courses
Education Exchanges Support Foundation takes pleasure in offering Lithuanian state scholarships for students, lecturers and researchers of foreign countries to attend Lithuanian language and culture courses.
INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY
Students can participate in ERASMUS+ mobility programme or use VU’s Bilateral cooperation agreements which give an opportunity to study at VU’s Partner Universities or do internship abroad.
CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
Graduates of Marketing and Global Business specialization typically work as marketing or sales managers in local or international companies, consulting firms as well as in marketing or advertising agencies.
Graduates of the Business Administration specialization are able to apply theory in the real world and are therefore likely to be attractive to employers as future strategic leaders and senior managers, and are also able to work as middle-level managers at business organizations or public institutions in domestic and/or international markets.
