The programme has four core modules consisting of two lectures each:
1) Accounting and Finance, consisting of Accounting and Finance,
2) Economic and Legal Governance, consisting of Global Economy and Business Law,
3) Managing Demand and Supply, consisting of Marketing Management and Supply Chain Management, and
4) Strategy and Enterprising, consisting of Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management.

Furthermore, students choose one of three electives. There is a choice between:
A) International Technology Management (with lectures in Innovation and Technology Management, Intellectual Property Rights Management and Innovation and International Markets) or
B) International Marketing and Sales (with lectures in International Marketing and Trade, International Sales and Product Management and International Negotiation) or
C) International Strategy and Corporate Development (with lectures in Management Consulting, International Corporate Development and Strategy Execution).

At the end of studies, students complete a two-month company project, followed by a Master's thesis.

Study abroad unit(s)

A compulsory study period abroad is not part of the programme, but students have the possibility to complete some or all electives at a partner university abroad.

Internships

An enterprise project of two months is to be completed. Programme advisers will assist students with finding an appropriate internship.

Course objectives

Graduates will be able to prepare business decisions on the basis of their academic knowledge and practical competences and skills, to evaluate alternatives and to take and implement responsible decisions in line with the target strategies of companies and organisations in an international context.

Language requirements

Applicants must provide proof of their English skills (CEFR: C1).

Job opportunities

As this is an intensive study programme, it is not possible or advisable to take up a job while studying.

Accommodation

As in many other university towns, student accommodation in Reutlingen is at a premium and you should begin looking for somewhere to live as soon as possible.
The student residences near the campus cater for both men and women. There is one hostel for women only located nearer to the town centre. There are also some individual private rooms available on the open market.
