Story about myself: Hi! I will answer 1001 questions about France and about the variety of possibilities to participate in cultural and academic programmes abroad. I have an extensive experience of documents preparation for those programmes in different countries. After graduation from my high school, I spent a gap year in Indonesia being an AFS student financially supported by AFS. Upon my return to Russia, I started my higher education study in "Information Security". The next trip abroad was in China, where I spent one semester working as an au pair. After completing my first two years in the Russian university, I began to search for academic programmes and internships. Thanks to my university, I took part in 4 programmes: (1) 3-week free training at the EPITECH summer programming school in France; (2) 2-week training at Huawei as a participant of the “Seeds for the Future” programme in China with full coverage of all expenses; (3) 1 semester of Master’s degree study in “Big Data” at EISTI in France with the Erasmus+ scholarship; (4) 3-month paid internship at the Research Institute ITRI in Taiwan. In 2019, I was awarded a full scholarship from the French government, entered the Master’s programme in Data Science at the Institut Polytechnique de Paris. Now I live in the Netherlands and work as a cyber security specialist at the international bank ING. Topics about France: CampusFrance, application process, French, DELF B2, CROUS, CAF, BGF, titre de séjour, looking for an internship, medicine and much more.
