Important!If you have already completed your Bachelor's degree in one of the participating countries, then you cannot apply for a scholarship in the same country.For example, after a bachelor's degree in the Czech Republic, you cannot apply for a master's degree there.But the rules allow you to apply for a master's degree in Hungary, Poland or Slovakia.

What bonuses does the scholarship program give

There are two bonuses from the Visegrad program.

First bonus: for the host university.He receives 1500 euros per semester as payment for your tuition.If the cost of training is higher, then you pay the rest.

Second bonus: for you.You get 2300 euros per semester for your expenses.The program does not cover additional costs -visa, insurance or accommodation.If you live more than 1,500 kilometers from the university at the time of application, then the program has the opportunity to allocate money for the flight.The recipient of this additional funding will be selected on a competitive basis.

How to apply for the scholarship program

An important point - you are applying for the scholarship separately from applying to the university.When you submit your application for the scholarship program, you must either have already passed the university entrance exams or be already accepted there.

  1. Certified translation of the diploma;
  2. Letter of acceptance from the host university;
  3. List of courses that you plan to take at the host university;
  4. Letter of recommendation (for doctoral studies only);
  5. Extract from the diploma with grades (only for magistracy).
