Scholarships from Film Academy Ohrid, Macedonia

The Ministry of Education and Science of Macedonia provides thirty scholarships to international students who enrolled in the Academy of Cinema in Ohrid for one of the following master's programs -creative production; script and drama; cinema, television and photography (toning); cinema, television and photography (editing); directing; cinema.

The amount of the scholarship is 9000 euros per year.It fully covers the cost of studying at the Academy.

Requirements for candidates

Only foreign students who have already entered the Academy of Cinema in the 2017 academic year can apply for the scholarship.The scholarship is not provided if you are applying immediately for the second year of the program, will receive another scholarship, or have already studied at the Academy.

Applicants for the scholarship must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and be proficient in English.

How to apply?

The scholarship application includes the following documents:

1. Application form of the candidate;

2. Bachelor's degree and transcripts;

3. Certificate confirming admission to the Academy of Cinema;

4. Document confirming that the student does not receive scholarships from other foundations and organizations (signed by hand);

5. Language test results.

Original documents or notarized copies are accepted.All documents must be translated into Macedonian.
