What is Supply Chain Management?

Supply Chain Management is a management strategy and concept, consisting in an integrated approach to planning and informing information on the supply of raw materials and finished products, as well as all the services that arise in connection with logistics processes. The goal of supply chain management is to reduce the price of a product and / or increase profits by reducing the cost of delivery, as well as meeting the demand for a particular product.
