Implementing everything planned for 2020!
Recharge your energy
Whatever you have in mind – losing 10 pounds, promoting your Instagram, getting your English up to Upper Intermediate, it's not so much the wish list with pretty pictures, as the ability to keep your energy levels high.
· Make a list of the activities you love most
Walking in nature, dancing, lying in a bubble bath with a rubber ducky – write anything that makes you feel better. Remember how in the movie «Amelie» the main character liked to run her hand into a bag of beans and break the sugar crust with a spoon? Your list will help you get back in a happy state if you get stepped on during rush hour, or sent to retake a test, or in any other way ruin your mood.

· Rest
Workaholism is not good for you. Even if sleepless nights at your desk don't take a toll on your health, your motivation will gradually fade. But rest – it's not just a night's sleep, it's also what gives you vivid emotions and doesn't let weeks and months stick together into one big Groundhog Day. Let meetings with friends, concerts and hobbies dilute your routine.
Follow the plan
· Make the goal specific.
The phrases «lose weight», «tighten English», «get rich» replace with «lose 5 pounds», «learn 200 English words», «double income». So you can track your progress. And where there is progress, there is inspiration and increased self-esteem.
· Break down a big goal into several intermediate ones
Go at your own pace.
It's better to move a little slower but not burn out than to grab ten projects at once and not succeed in any. Making changes for the better doesn't have to be violence against yourself. Don't force yourself to go to the gym if you're not mentally ready for it. Start by working out at home and try to find exercises you enjoy.
Let this year be a real breakthrough for you, good luck in any endeavors!
